I’ll guide you through each step. You won’t need to manage tools, chase freelancers, or figure it out alone.

I’ll ask a few practical questions so I can understand what matters most to you and your customers.
No preparation is needed. If you’re not sure what you need yet, that’s completely fine.
When you’re ready to go ahead, you’ll choose a plan and pay the first month. Work starts once that payment is received, and I’ll send the project brief within one working day.
Design and Build
I design and build the site, then send it over for your feedback.
Here’s how that usually works:
I start by designing the homepage
You’ll get a shared folder to drop any files, images, and page content if required
I send the homepage over for review, and you can suggest changes at this point
Once approved, I build any remaining pages (on Business plans and above)
I send those over for review and make any required changes
Once you’re happy with how the site is looking, I test it across different devices to iron out any bugs
I add SEO basics so your site has the best chance of showing up in relevant searches
You provide the draft content and assets. I’ll help refine what you send so it works well on the page.
This is collaborative, but never overwhelming or time-consuming. I’ll keep things moving and easy to follow.
launch
Once you’re happy, I launch the site and handle the setup.
For go-live, I’ll need access to your domain name. You don’t need to manage tools, hosting, or settings - I take care of that for you.
I can also help set up business email and your Google Business Profile if you need them.
Ongoing Support
After launch, I continue to manage your website as part of your monthly plan.
Need an update, a new section, or help with something? Message me and I’ll take care of it.
You always have someone responsible for your website, instead of figuring it out yourself. And the site can keep improving over time, instead of being left untouched after launch.

What it’s like to work together
Communication is simple and direct. You can message me when you need something, and I’ll take care of it.
There’s no complicated system to learn, no tickets, and no chasing updates.
Timeline
Most websites are live within a few weeks. Timing depends on the size of the site and how quickly we gather content and feedback.
If content is delayed by more than 14 days after I’ve asked for it, I may pause the build and move on to other work. Your subscription continues, but the site won’t move forward until I have what I need. Providing content is what keeps the build moving.
What I'll need from you
To keep things moving smoothly, I’ll usually need:
Your completed project brief (I’ll send this once you’re ready to go ahead)
Any photos or brand assets you already have (you’ll get a shared folder for this)
Draft content for each page (even rough notes are fine)
Feedback at key points so we can refine and launch confidently
Access to your domain name when we’re ready to go live
If you don’t have everything ready, that’s okay. I’ll guide you through what’s needed and when.
I’ll keep this simple and only ask for what’s actually needed.
